GAZA CRISIS:UPDATE
05 January 2009
The second phase of the war with Gaza is now taking place, with the ground offensive beginning on Saturday and already claiming the lives of more innocent civilians.
Over 500 Palestinians have died, 2,300 have been injured and more than 13,000 people have been internally displaced as they flee the bombings and gunfire.
Muslim Aid needs your support to help ordinary Palestinian civilians who have been severely affected. Hospitals in Gaza are overflowing with those injured, with many running out of basic medical supplies. Thousands more people are suffering from fuel and food shortages.
