How long can EBM last in cooler bag?

Nightmare!
I was so tired last night. I felt asleep right away after feeding Zahraa at 8pm ++. I woke up at 1.30 am and was like, oh my god!!! My EBM's, pumped @ ofiice, were still in my bagpack, stored in the cooler bag!!! I woke hubby up n asked him to accompany me to kitchen ( , i was so scared to go alone, hubby was like, ala.. hehe, sorry sweetheart!)
I was so afraid the milk spoiled/will spoil as I just put 2 coleman (have to buy more!) inside the cooler bag (all my icepacks could not be used anymore, the gel inside keep coming out). Hubby suggested to throw away the milk but I was so sayang to discard it. Recently, my milk supply seems like decreasing  compared to before. Maybe becos I got stressed out easily these few days, doing my phd research??? Ohh,come on, I just started! (even actly I do stress out to meet the 1st dateline given by supervisor) Could not imagine wat would happen as workloads n datelines gettin more n more! or maybe becos i was so worried who will take care of my baby zahraa when my unpaid leave end?? sigh..(Oh, yes! At last, my unpaid leave application is accepted n I will be on unpaid leave to take care of my lovely zahraa dis Nov. Can't wait to be with zahraa again all the time..)
Well, thinking back, I started storing the milk at 10 am in the morning and put them in the fridge at 1.30 am, so it was about 13 hours in the cooler bag! Wat frighten me more is, normally when I took out the milk out of the bag, the milk was still chilled. However, it wasnt this time, maybe around 26-27 Celcius??? huhh..
Right after entering back to my room, I googled to find out how long actly the EBM can last in the cooler bag n I found out the guidelines below. Hopefully the milk is still ok..

Freshly expressed milk
Warm room 79°F / 25°C 4-6 hours
Room temperature 66-72°F / 19-22°C 10 hours
Insulated cooler / icepacks 60°F / 15°C 24 hours
Refrigerated Milk (Store at back, away from door)
Refrigerator (fresh milk) 32-39°F / 0-4°C 8 days
Refrigerator (thawed milk) 32-39°F / 0-4°C 24 hours
Frozen Milk (Do not refreeze! Store at back, away from door/sides)
Freezer compartment
inside refrigerator (older-style) Varies 2 weeks
Self-contained freezer unit
of a refrigerator/freezer Varies 3-6 months
Separate deep freeze 0°F / 19°C 6-12 months
These guidelines are for milk expressed for a full-term healthy baby.
If baby is seriously ill and/or hospitalized, discuss storage guidelines with baby’s doctor.
To avoid waste and for easier thawing & warming, store milk in 1-4 ounce portions. Date milk before storing. Milk from different pumping sessions/days may be combined in one container – use the date of the first milk expressed.
Breastmilk is not spoiled unless it smells really bad or tastes sour.
To thaw milk
* Thaw slowly in the refrigerator (this takes about 12 hours – try putting it in the fridge the night before you need it). Avoid letting milk sit out at room temperature to thaw.
* For quicker thawing, hold container under running water - start cool and gradually increase temperature.
Previously frozen milk may be kept in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours after it has finished thawing. Do not refreeze.
To warm milk
* Heat water in a cup or other small container, then place frozen milk in the water to warm; or
* Use a bottle warmer.
* NEVER microwave human milk or heat it directly on the stove.
The cream will rise to the top of the milk during storage. Gently swirl milk (do not shake) to mix before checking temperature and offering to baby.
If baby does not finish milk at one feeding, it may be refrigerated and offered at the next feeding before it is discarded - err, dun follow dis  |

At last dpt update.. huhu.. nk tunggu fedy upload gamba mmg lambat.. hehe..
So, update. Fedy dah start keje after raye arituh..
Sedey sgt nk tinggalkn Zahraa mule2. If xbonded, dah lame dah berenti keje kut.. huhu.. Kat office duk pk, camne la Zahraa kat umah.. terbayang2 je muke die.. Nak call, mama tok kate, aih, penatla mama tok duk jwb fon mama je nnt.. hehe. Mama sedey sgt tgk muke Zahraa mase 1st day tinggal arith.. everytime pk muke tuh kat office until now pon leh rase sedey.. if pk cam sure Zahraa pk nape mama tinggal Zahraa, rase sedey je.. mama bukn saje2 tinggal Zahraa k.. mama have to work.. mama bonded ngan TNB.. papa kate, tuh la sape suro blaja pandai2 dpt scholar tnb.. huhu.. ade ke patut kan.. Zahraa, always remember dat mama loves u very much tau! More than you know! n thanx to mama tok n cik tt sudi jage Zahraa.. 
Ohh, nk cite psal papa plaks.. kan mama kene gi keje kan.. papa sgt sweet !! mase 1st day nk kene gi keje, papa letak sume brg2 mama dlm kete.. siapkn everything, letak kunci kat kereta, sticker UNITEN mama pindah to kete yg mama nk gune, smart tag letak dlm kete n sume2 laa.. mama just prepare diri sdirik, physically n mentally.. huhu.. papa cam tau2 je mama sedey pg tuh.. after dah jumpe Zahraa kat atas (mama tok dah siap2 amek Zahraa kul 6.30 am), mama turun bwh, tgk papa tgh tunggu mama kat bwh.. papa hug mama n kate dun worry n dun be sad, jgn drive laju, 1st day xpe lambat.. pastuh papa hantar mama to kete, tgk mama drive off kluar gate, then br papa masuk kete n ikut mama from blakang.. sweet sgt mase tuh, xreti nk cite.. hehe.. tgh sedey2, rase sgt best ade org support.. sampai je office, tgh parking kete, dpt call from papa.. check everything was ok x, sampai office safe x.. masuk bilik kat office dpt email from papa yg sgt sweet jugak.. hehe.. tq ye zahrin.. sgt sgt appreciate wat u did at dat time.. u gave me strength! 
Like k.fatin, kitorg pon xde gamba raya sgt nk update.. sume kat camera tt, k.ngah, abg jad, ura n etc. will update them soon!
Nway, Selamat Hari Raya everyone !!! Definitely a better raye with Zahraa Zahrin !!

Byk gamba zahraa tangkap xsempat nk upload
Zahraa dah 2 months.. (2 months ye cik faten, lom 3 months lagik.. hehe )
- dah byk ckp esp ngan papa n mama tok.. nnt klau papa panggil die princess, princess, sure zahraa smile kn..
- suke buat bubbles
- sgt suke tido ngan mama.. klau mama bgn je zahraa sure bgn jugak..
- pg td cik tt kate dah leh roll over dgn bantuan cik tt, tp mama pon xtgk lg, huhu

Aqiqah went well even though last min nye plan.. sedare papa sgt rame penuh rumah tok mummy.. beratus kut mlm tuh.. tp sgt best sbb sedare mare penuh dtg.. 1st cucu gal side tok mummy n atuk..
Baby Zahraa on her day.. sgt behave, mama pesan suh behave so zahraa tido je even though org cubit pipi ke bising ke jerit2 ke rock basket zahraa ke.. good girl la anak mama! I love u very much dear!
